Emma has worked at Salazar and Erikson, LLP since 2015, growing from Legal Assistant to Paralegal to now Associate. Emma’s passion for the work and clients drove her goal to growing into becoming an attorney to better serve our clients. Emma is enthusiastic and prepared to jump into any matter to strongly advocate for all clients, but she excels with appeals, real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate/administration proceedings.

During her time in law school, Emma interned with Hon. Mae A. D’Agostino in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York, and with Hon. Christine Clark in the N.Y. Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department.
